Email reminder by Google Calendars

Subscribing Instructions:

1. Choose username for which you want to be notified. There are 5 accounts for different workshops:

   	google account username
   Macro Workshop	jhueconmacroworkshop
   Micro Theory Workshop	jhueconmicrotheoryworkshop
   Applied Micro Workshop	jhueconappliedmicroworkshop
   Macro Lunch	jhueconmacrolunch
   Micro Lunch	jhueconmicrolunch

   and several other accounts for others:

   	google account username
   All Events	jhueconcalendars
   Department-wide Events	jhuecondepartmentwide
   Holiday events	jhueconholidays

2. Log on to the gmail account at http://www.gmail.com with the username you choose and the password will be provided by emailing the Computer liaison: .

3. Click Create a filter (next to the Search the Web button at the top of any Gmail page).

4. Enter "calendar-notification@google.com" into the box after From:.

5. Click Next Step.

6. Check the checkbox before Forward it to, and enter your own email address.

7. Click Create Filter.

8. Log off.
