As of 2006-12-06, I have concluded that it is best to make the permanent location of the files correspond
to what is in the NBER working paper

But in order to retain (at least temporarily) the functionality of any links that may have been created to
the papers based on the web page, I am leaving a copy of the papers in the subdirectory in which this
README resides.

At some future point it will probably be desirable to delete the subdirectory.
